About Ramco Systems Ltd

Established in 1989, Ramco Systems is a part of the Chennai based Ramco Group and provides enterprise solutions worldwide. It specializes in enterprise solutions across various key areas, including Manufacturing, Aviation, Asset Management, Logistics, eGovernance, and Human Resources Management, as well as CRM implementation and Converged Networking Solutions services. The company is ISO 9001 certified, SEI CMMISW level 5 assessed, and present in 9 countries across the globe. Ramco Systems Ltd has recently gained many partnerships with industry-leading companies such as Microsoft Sun Microsystems, Boeing, Nortel Networks, and Enterasys Networks USA. The company has successfully implemented solutions in 15 different industries and has garnered gold awards from ASP Consortium and APICS. In May 2006, the Board of Directors approved the transfer of the Secured Converged Networking Division to a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and the company continued to expand into New Zealand and South Korea in 2005-2005. In addition to that, during 2004-2005 the company has successfully issued rights for a total of 3872511 Equity shares each costing Rs.10/ with a premium of Rs.190/ per share and 3070757 Equity shares each costing Rs.10/ with a premium of Rs.200/ per share.
