About Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd

Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd was first established in April 2011 as Simbhaoli Spirits Ltd under the Companies Act 1956. After receiving the certificate for commencement of business on 5th September 2011, a scheme of amalgamation was carried out between Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd (amalgamating company) and Simbhaoli Spirits Ltd (amalgamated company). As a result of this, all assets, liabilities and immovable properties of Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd were transferred effectively to Simbhaoli Spirits Ltd from 14th November 2015. After the completion of the amalgamation, the name of the company was also changed to Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd.
