Komeon Communications Limited was founded in 3rd February 1994, operating in the entertainment industry by providing consulting services to production houses and creating and marketing content for electronic channels. They are also renting out studio equipment relevant to entertainment. In 2016-17 they received their listing approval to trade on the Bombay Stock Exchange's platform, with 1,500,8107 equity shares. In 2017 a material order was passed by the Hon’ble Add. Chief Metropolitan Court Gujarat which rejected the company's application for being discharged from a case filed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs under subsections 63, 68 and 628 of the Act. Komeon Communications Limited subsequently appeals against this judgement in the High Court during July 2017.
