About Next Mediaworks Ltd

MidDay Multimedia Limited is a media company based in Mumbai, India, operating various community newspapers, radio stations, and outdoor advertising business. Founded in 1981, it originally operated in the print and publishing business until the entire print and publishing business was transferred to Jagran Prakashan Ltd in 2010. Following this, the company only had radio business through its subsidiary Radio One Ltd and changed its name to Next Mediaworks Ltd in 2011. In 2018-19, HT Media Limited acquired 14.18% of the fully diluted voting equity share capital of the Company through an open offer and an additional 36.82% from the company's promoters, making them their parent company.
