Insolation Energy Ltd. was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in Jaipur, Rajasthan under the Companies Act 2013. They have now converted into a Public Limited Company. The company manufactures and trades in Solar Power Conditioning Units (PCU) and Lead Acid Batteries, and also offers engineering procurement and construction (EPC) services. Their portfolio consists of products such as polycrystalline and MonoPERC crystalline cell modules, bifacial glass to transparent back sheet modules. They have over 30 distributors in India and a significant client base. In June 2016, they obtained a factory license for their manufacturing unit and commenced operations in March 2017. With a fully automated, state-of-the-art 200MW Rated Installed Capacity SPV Module manufacturing unit of 60000sq. ft., they have increased their capacity from 80MW to 200MW. Insolation Energy have obtained certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and BISIS:14286. They have also diversified into the area of Solar Power Pack and have launched Solar Tubular / Liion Batteries and Solar PCU. To expand further, they have established a wholly-owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy Private Limited (IGEPL) with an annual installed capacity of 500MW.
