About Getalong Enterprise Ltd

Getalong Enterprise Limited is a public limited company incorporated on 29th July 2020 with a primary focus on Textiles, Gold Bullion and Female Care Products. Under Textiles, it offers readymade garments to African continent and Middle East countries. In Gold Bullion, the company purchases old gold ornaments from retail customers and vendors and later refined and converted into bars. In Female Hygiene Care product segment, it offers repacked, branded and marketed products to the retail customers. During FY2021, the company issued bonus shares in proportion of 3 equity shares to existing shareholders for every existing equity share held by them. Recently, in September 2021, Getalong Enterprise Limited came out with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 750000 equity shares bearing a face value of Rs 10 each at the price of Rs 69 per share. These allocated shares were listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Ltd on 08th October 2021.
