About Astron Multigrain Ltd

The Company was originally incorporated as Astron Multigrain Private Limited on August 01 2018 under the Companies Act 2013 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad. Subsequently the name of the company was changed from Astron Multigrain Private Limited to Astron Multigrain Limited under The Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on October 16 2023 and had obtained fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 31 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad.The company is into manufacturing of instant noodles papad and noodle bhujia. The companies productsinstant noodles noodle bhujia and seasoning products are sold under the brand name Astrons Swagy. The companies instant noodles are the top selling product. The instant noodles are sold in 3 flavors Classic Manchurian and PeriPeri. The company also commercializes the disapproved and/or rejected instant noodles by selling noodle bhujia..
