About Vikas Proppant & Granite Ltd

Vikas Proppant Granite Limited (formerly known as Adarsh Derivatives Limited) is a publicly operated company incorporated in October 1994, that focuses on the business of manufacturing guar gum and derivatives. It set up a plant in Chandisar, Gujarat with the capability to manufacture 6000 tpa of guar splits, 3050 tpa of guar polymers, 1000 tpa of guar derivatives and 13900 tpa of cattle feed. Guar polymers and derivatives are used across industries including food processing, pharmaceuticals and oil drilling, paper and explosives. The company made a public issue in December 1995 and started commercial production in January 1996, and it actively exports to USA and Europe. The company name was changed in July 2008 and it increased the issued and paid up share capital to Rs 506175000 by issuing 325000000 equity shares on preferential basis in December 2018 to promoters and qualified investors.
