About Anjani Foods Ltd

Anjani Foods Limited, formerly Raasi Enterprises Limited, is publicly traded food & beverages company incorporated in 1983 which is based in Bhimavaram Andhra Pradesh. During FY2015 & FY2018, the company had acquired 73.95% stake at a food industry & its subsidiary Sai Aditya Foods & Retail Private Limited was amalgamated with itself respectively. Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal gave orders for extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting for 3 months on 27th October 2017. During FY2018, the company issued 1589780 equity shares to members of Sai Aditya Foods. Following this, the company opened several Student Cafe outlets in Hyderabad to widen its presence in the City for catering to the tastes and requirements of the young generation. The company also advanced Inter Corporate Deposits with an SME name M/s. Senta Foodwork Private Limited.
