About Aristo Bio-Tech & Lifescience Ltd

Aristo BioTech and Life Science Ltd. is an agrochemical company that began in 2005 as a private limited company in Mumbai. The company offers a range of pesticides, such as insecticides, herbicides, plant growth regulators and other agrochemicals. They also offer contract manufacturing, job work and toll manufacturing services.

In 200405, the company started operations in part of Bhatinda district Punjab and part of Sirsa district Haryana. To expand operations and manufacture their products, initial setup was required and they constructed their manufacturing and laboratory facilities in 200607.

On January 2023, the company launched a public issue by raising Rs. 13.05 crores through Fresh Issue. This enabled them to further grow their business and diversify their product portfolio as well as expand beyond their borders to Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
