About Athena Global Technologies Ltd

VJIL Consulting, previously known as V J Infosystems Ltd, was originally founded in June 1991 as a partnership firm before being converted into a limited company in May 1992. Since then, it has been providing software development, turnkey projects and products services for the domestic market. They have also ventured into computer education and materials management consultancy, and even came out with a public issue of Rs.5.83 crores in March 1994. Over the years, VJIL has been able to strengthen its presence by tying up with FHS International Inc. in Virginia, USA and entering into marketing deals with EER Systems, also based Virginia. Their efforts towards building capabilities in internet technologies and the client server environment have enabled them to open two marketing offices in the USA - in the states of Chicago and New Jersey. Furthermore, VJIL has a branch in UK with plans to open offices in Germany and Australia.
