About Tata Technologies Ltd
Tata Technologies was originally incorporated as Core Software Systems Private Limited. In 1996, following its acquisition by four Tata Group public companies, it became a deemed public company and was renamed Core Software Systems Limited. Later in November 1996, it was renamed Tata Technologies (India) Limited and was finally renamed to Tata Technologies Limited in February 2001.
Tata Technologies, a part of the Tata Group, is a global engineering services company offering product development and digital solutions. In 2005, it acquired 100% equity in INCAT International UK. In 2011, the company secured funding from Alpha TC Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Tata Capital Growth Fund I. Later in 2013 and 2017, it acquired Cambric Holdings Inc. and Escenda Engineering AB, respectively. Tata Technologies launched its IPO in November 2023 to mark its debut on the public market.
