The fund seeks to provide investors with returns that generally match the price return, excluding dividends, of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1 (tracking the Nasdaq-100 Index), up to an upside cap of 19.75% before fees and expenses, while buffering against the first 10% of QQQ losses over the outcome period running from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027.
