About Currenc Group Inc

CURRENC Group Inc. is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is a fintech and digital remittance provider that enables electronic wallets, remittance companies, and corporations to offer real-time, global payment services, advancing financial access across underserved communities. The Company’s segments include Remittance Services and Sales of Airtime. The Remittance Services segment is operated through Tranglo Sdn BHD and related subsidiaries (Tranglo). Tranglo operates a remittance hub covering Southeast Asia and globally, which is in the downstream segment of the remittance business. The Company operates the Sales of Airtime segment through its international airtime transfer business through Tranglo and its retail airtime trading business locally in Indonesia through PT Walletku Indompet Indonesia (WalletKu).
