About Aytu BioScience

Aytu BioPharma, Inc. is a specialized pharmaceutical firm dedicated to advancing and marketing innovative therapeutic drugs and consumer health products, serving both domestic U.S. and international markets. Its commercialized portfolio includes several treatments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD): Adzenys XR-ODT, prescribed for patients aged 6 and up; Cotempla XR-ODT, tailored for individuals between 6 and 17 years old; and Adzenys ER, an oral liquid formulation also for those 6 years and older. Additionally, the company offers Karbinal ER, an oral carbinoxamine suspension for managing seasonal and perennial allergies. It also provides Poly-Vi-Flor and Tri-Vi-Flor, which are prescription vitamin supplements designed for infants and children with fluoride deficiencies. Other products include Tuzistra XR, a prescription cough suppressant oral suspension containing codeine polistirex and chlorpheniramine polistirex, and ZolpiMist, an oral spray indicated for addressing insomnia. Founded in 2015, the company was previously known as Aytu BioScience, Inc. before officially changing its name to Aytu BioPharma, Inc. in March 2021.
