About Visesh Infotecnics Ltd

MPS Infotecnics Limited was incorporated in 1989, initially developing COBOL softwares such as the BUSINESSOFT finance, sales, purchase and inventory control. Later in 1999, VIL launched an upgraded version known as BUSINESSPRO. In 2001, the company developed a banking software and launched an Astro World website, with an online education website following in the later years. During 200405, the company added many Fortune 500 clients to its portfolio and increased IT Solutions and Product Support. M/s Positive Comsol Pvt Ltd merged with the company in 2011, followed by a further merger with M/s. Axis Convergence Private Limited in 2012. In 2019, the board of directors approved disinvestment in three of their wholly owned subsidiary companies - M/s. Axis Convergence Inc, Greenwire Network Limited, and Opentech Thai Network Specialists Co. Ltd. - present in Mauritius, Hong Kong, and Thailand respectively.
