Sampat Aluminium Limited was originally registered as a private limited company in the name and style of Sampat Aluminium Private Limited dated June 11 1999. Company was converted into a public limited company by changing the name to Sampat Aluminium Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 19 2024 has been issued by Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of aluminium wires and rods primarily through recycling of aluminium scrap. It manufacture a wide range of continuously cast and hotrolled aluminium products utilizing the Properzi process. The Company commenced operations in 1999 with the object of engaging in the manufacturing processing and trading of aluminium related products. Initially it focused in production of aluminium rods with thicknesses ranging from 7.50 mm to 20 mm. Thereafter it expanded the production of aluminium wires with a thickness of 5.50 mm. At present Company works a manufacturing plant in Kalol district of Gujarat with an installed capacity of 8400 MTPA. Their production plant is divided into sections like engineering design mold making melting casting machining quality check and dispatch.Apart from this Company majorly supply products to electrical power construction manufacturing building wiring and steel industries Further there have been certain instances wherein it provided job work services for supplying of aluminium rods and wires and supply them to the customers as per their requirements. Company is planning an IPO of 2600000 equity shares of Rs 10/ each through fresh issue..
