About Valson Industries Ltd

Valson Industries Ltd, established in Jun ‘83, is a company engaged in dyeing, coning and texturising of synthetic polyester yarn. They are renowned for their brand name “Valson” in the market. In Apr ‘95, the company went public with a Rs.2.31cr issue at a premium of Rs.20in order to fund expansion in capacities (for texturising, dyeing, twisting and coning of the yarn) from 1200 TPA to 2400 TPA and a new unit setup in Silvassa. During‘97-’98, Valson increased the capacity for Texturising yarn from 1900 MT to 2700 MT, Dyeing & Conning by 1500 MT and twisting yarn by 700 MT. In 98-’99, they have acquired the necessary equipments for quality cotton yarn dyeing which was completed in Apr ‘99. The company has a strong research team for developing new shades of colour and is successfully meeting the demands in traditional applications like suitings, shirtings, dress etc, as well as upholstery, labels, curtains, knitted fabric etc.
