Additional stats show positive customer feedback from virtual business operations, with 54% of customers saying that their shopping experience with small businesses has improved due to the change, as well as increased engagement in digital platforms, with 82% of businesses having seen an increase in online sales since implementing digital solutions. As small businesses continue to look for ways to make their operations more efficient and digitally savvy, these stats show that embracing digital transformation could be the key to surviving in the current market.
