About Rex Sealing & Packing Industries Ltd

Rex Sealing & Packaging Industries Ltd. was incorporated in August 2005 and converted into a Public Limited Company in April 2022. Founded in 1963 by Mr. Manjunath Nayak, they are the manufacture and exporter of sealing, packing and insulation products. With the development of the business, the second and third generations of the family, Mr. Niranjan Nayak and Mr. Naresh Nayak, joined in 1997 and 2001 respectively. The Company is located at Panvel, providing strategic advantages. It has a dedicated Research & Development Laboratory (RDL) and an additional upcoming facility at Anand Nagar Ambernath. In January 2023, they have raised 8.09 crores from their public issue, making the Fresh Issue amount 4.05 crores and Offer for Sale amounting to 4.04 crores. Rex Sealing & Packaging Industries Ltd. provide products for four categories: compressed fibre jointing sheets/gaskets, gland packing and ropes, fabric expansion joints, and technical and heat resistance textiles and ceramic fiber products.
