Remus Pharmaceuticals Limited, originally incorporated as Remus Pharmaceuticals Private Limited in 2015, is engaged in the marketing and distribution of finished formulations of pharmaceutical drugs. It deals in various drug forms such as capsules, creams, gel, injection, tablets, etc. and supplies therapeutic drugs like ACE inhibitors, anaesthetics, antihistamines, anticancer, etc. Remus Pharmaceuticals' core business includes manufacturing approved finished formulations through loan licence and contract manufacturing, trading of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Technical Consultancy on preparation of reports on pharmaceutical dossiers. It has a product portfolio of 429 products, 58 domestic distributors and 139 international distributors. Currently, the company is proposing an initial public offering of up to 388000 Equity Shares through its Fresh Issue.
