About Rajputana Investment & Finance Ltd

Rajputana Investment and Finance Private Limited was founded in 1941 as a public limited company involved in trading and investment activities. Throughout the years the company has evolved and diversified into different sectors, such as Textile and Clothing, and have acquired 6 subsidiaries such as Deepshika Infra India Limited and Ventrux Enclave Limited. Furthermore, the company also increased its valued capital from 11 million INR to 30.8 million INR by issuing 1.98 million equity shares in the form of bonus shares to its shareholders. In July 2018, a change in management was made and later on its Registered Office was moved to several addresses such as Aswini Nagar Baguiati Block, Bowbazar Kolkata, Nigam Centre 155 Lenin Sarani, and currently to Nanda Tower 90 Phears lane.
