About Paramount Cosmetics (India) Ltd

Tips Toes Cosmetics India, a publicly registered company since 1986, manufactures and markets both Indian and western cosmetics. Products like nail lustre, lip lustre, cream blushon, compact powder, talcum powder, eye definer, sindoor, kumkum, kajal, and sticker kumkum are some of the products offered by the company under the brand names Tips Toes, Shilpa, and Shingar. While some products are manufactured by Tips Toes Cosmetics, the others are acquired in finished products. In addition, Tips Toes Cosmetics also has a wholly-owned subsidiary namely Premier Cosmetics. The company has recently attempted a rights issue at a premium of Rs 90, which unfortunately failed to get the minimum 90 subscription. The primary purpose of the rights issue was to meet the expenses incurred while introducing various new products and augment working capital requirements.
