Niks Technology Limited is a Public Limited Company incorporated in 2014, under the Companies Act 2013 with the name of Niks Technology Private Limited and was subsequently converted to Public Limited Company after a resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company in March 2021. Promoted by Mr Manish Dixit, the company is involved in software development and providing education services, such as IT Services, IT Security Services, Training on Ethical Hacking/Embedded System/Robotics/Software Development/Networking/Communication, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, Website Development, practical workshops and certification courses for students in online & offline mode. The company is ISO 9001:2000 certified, provides job-oriented courses with 100% job assistance, on the job training, skill enhancement and value addition courses and has launched several courses like ethical hacking, cyber security, embedded system, robotics, digital marketing, IoT, machine learning etc. It is also recognized as a Startup by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
