About Kalyani Commercials Ltd

Kalyani Commercial Limited has over 35 years of experience in the business of sales and servicing of commercial vehicles, two wheelers, petroleum products and finance works. Since 1989 the company’s equity shares were listed with the Delhi Stock Exchange but were delisted by SEBI in 2014. Subsequently, the company made an application to the National Stock Exchange and was admitted to dealings in February 2017. During the period under review in 2017 and 2019, the company had 5 and 3 branches respectively in Delhi, Rajasthan, Kota and Haryana. Ganganagar Vehicles Private Limited, Nekub Consultancy Limited and YYKS Buildcon Limited have become subsidiaries of the company since 2016 and 2017 respectively.
