Corporate Merchant Bankers Limited (CMBL) was established in 1994 as a public limited company and is registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Non-Banking Financial Company, with the main business of making investments and providing loans and advances.

During the financial year 2015-16, CMBL applied to BSE Limited for its securities to be listed, having received an In-Principal approval in 2016. Subsequently, M/s Solis Industries Limited has been incorporated as a direct subsidiary of CMBL. By March 31, 2019, CMBL had a total of 1 subsidiary.

CMBL is committed to providing quality services through its efficient capital advisory and investment banking solutions, helping clients to maximize their wealth in the current ever-changing financial landscape.
