About Asutosh Enterprises Ltd

Asutosh Enterprises Ltd was incorporated on September 01 1981. Currently, it carries out the business of importing and exporting, as well as general trading activities. In 2021, the Board approved for the voluntary delisting of the company’s equity shares from Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) with effect from 16 March, as there was no trading of the company’s shares and to save the listing costs. The company is still present on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). This delisting will benefit the company in the long-term, making operations more efficient and cost-effective.
