About South Asian Enterprises Ltd

VLS Real Estate Ltd, formerly South Asian Entertainment, has been providing recreational services since 1989 and wishes to diversify into real-estate business. Led by Chairman V K Goel and Managing Director T B Gupta, Rs 6cr public issue premium Rs 20 was released in March 1994. To finance their Rs 10cr project comprising new rides and assets in Noida and Lucknow, the company has already paid Rs 5.22cr and Rs 3.6 lac towards the Jaipur Holiday Resorts. The proposal is to focus on investing in land and properties for investment purposes. With a long-term established presence in the entertainment industry, VLS Real Estate Ltd looks forward to a bright future in the real-estate industry with their wealth of knowledge, expertise, and dedication to customer service.
