Ashram Online.Com Ltd was incorporated in 1991 as Tatia Skylines Health Farms Pvt Ltd and was later converted into a public company in 1992. It made an agreement with the renowned German landscape designers, Deep Forest Landscape Consultants, in 1994. The same year, it also joined hands with the Apollo Hospitals Group to provide hitech healthcare services a the Health Farm. In 1995, the company underwent a few changes in its partners and names. It changed its name to Tatia Skyline Health Farms Limited and later to Ashram Online.Com Ltd in 2000. Ashram Online.Com Ltd is now engaged in building high class infrastructure for promoting health, sports, tourism and providing wide range of infrastructure facilities for corporate business organisations. It is headquartered in Chennai, India.
