Pasithea Therapeutics Corp., a clinical-stage biotechnology company, focuses on the discovery, research, and development of treatments for central nervous system (CNS) disorders, RASopathies, and cancers. Its lead product candidate is PAS-004, a next-generation macrocyclic mitogen-activated protein kinase, or MEK inhibitor to treat a range of RASopathies, including neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1); MAPK pathway-driven tumors, such as BRAFv600 and BRAF fusion tumor; and ETS2 driven diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), primary sclerosing cholangitis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
