Nuveen Real Asset Income and Growth Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide a high level of current income and long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its Managed Assets in equity and debt securities issued by real asset-related companies located anywhere in the world. The Fund generally invests in equity and debt securities issued by real asset-related companies located anywhere in the world in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. The infrastructure sector includes investments related to the energy, telecommunications, utilities and materials sectors. The real estate sector includes investments in real estate companies. The Fund may invest in common stocks issued by real asset-related companies. The Fund may invest in securities of non-United States issuers, including emerging market issuers. The Fund's investment adviser is Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC.
