Subsequently Company was converted from a Private Limited Company into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Riddhi Display Equipments Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion dated November 21 2024 was issued by Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.The Company commenced its production unit in Rajkot district of Gujarat in 2006. Later it started commercial production of Commercial Kitchen Equipment in 2012 and further initiated the production of Commercial Refrigeration Equipment in 201920.
