About Stanrose Mafatlal Investment & Finance Ltd

Stanrose Mafatlal investment and Finance company was incorporated in 1980 under the Sandeep Holding Private Ltd. As a subsidiary of Mafatlal Industries, a preferential offer of shares was made to the latter's shareholders in 1981-82. Afterwards, the Stanrose group acquired majority of the company’s shareholding resulting in it becoming a constituent of the group. The company is involved in investments and inter corporate deposits. It has investments in efficient companies like McDowell and Co and GL Rexroth Industries and is also providing finance to its customers for their short-term fund requirements. Further, it has two wholly-owned subsidiary companies- Sandeep Traders and Investments and Stanrose Holdings both involved in investment and inter corporate finance activities. However, due to recession in the real estate sector their joint venture project in property development was postponed.
