About Kretto Syscon Ltd

Kretto Syscon Ltd, formerly known as Ideal Texbuild Ltd, is a public limited company incorporated on 19th September 1994. The company is based in Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat and is mainly involved in construction and information technology, after changing its main business from textiles and building construction with effect from 09 March 2017. Its paid-up share capital increased from Rs 1816,960 to Rs 14,254,374 in the financial year 2015-16 after allotting of 40,726,78 equity shares, and from Rs 14,217,0825 to Rs 15,260,4150 during the Financial Year 2016-17. Moreover, the company has invested Rs 14,500,000 in loans and advances in FY 2017-18. The company changed its registered office from Gujarat to Maharashtra on 28 June 2017.
