About Lodha Developers Ltd

Macrotech Developers Limited (formerly Lodha Developers) is a renowned real estate developer company in India, which was established in 1980s. Headquartered in Mumbai, it develops residential and commercial properties across cities in India (Mumbai, Thane, Hyderabad, Pune) and London. Notable projects included are Lodha Altamount The World Towers, Trump Tower Mumbai and others, and a smart city Palava. It has developed more than 90 completed projects comprising of 80 million square feet of developable area, more than 55 ongoing projects at 75 million square feet, and many premium and luxury housing projects. It also developed logistics and industrial parks near Mumbai, following partnerships with reputed investors such as Morgan Stanley, and with Donald Trump for development of Trump Tower Mumbai. In 2021, Tata Power partnered with Macrotech to measure EV charging stations in housing societies and offices. In 2021, Macrotech Developers Limited initiated its Initial Public Offering (IPO), with 51440328 equity shares having face value at Rs. 10, getting listed on BSE & NSE. In financial year 202122, it launched 24 projects at 14.4 million square feet under capital light JDA route, with 11 projects in micromarkets of MMR and Pune. It has 29 consolidating subsidiaries, 18 joint ventures and 2 associates.
