Company Information

Gold Line Infrastructure Finvest Limited was established on 9th September 1992 in New Delhi and provides services such as investments in shares, debentures, bonds, corporate loans, personal loans, trading in shares and securities, and trade financing. During 2014-15, the company moved to a new office, and the face value of the equity shares was changed from Rs 10 to Rs 1. In 2015-16, the company made changes to its Memorandum of Association and altered the articles of association to be in line with the Companies Act 2013. In December 2015, the BSE suspended the trading of securities in the company due to surveillance issues, which was later revoked in February 2016. During 2016-17, the Board of Directors proposed the alteration in capital clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company, which was approved in the Annual General Meeting held on 28th September 2016.
