Fourth Generation Information Systems Ltd is a software development firm based in the United States that provides software solutions to the healthcare industry and medical transcription services. Established in 1998 as a private limited company and then converted to a public limited company in 2000, the company is promoted by five individuals - Chalapthi Rao Atluri, Raghu Vasu, A Hema Kolluri, and Avinash Adusumilli. To strengthen its market presence in the US and explore new sources of revenue, Fourth Generation Information Systems Ltd entered into an MoU with three US-based firms, namely Intra Link Info Systems Inc, Intra Link Health Systems Inc, and IT Connections Inc. Furthermore, during 200304, the company invested 50% of its share capital in the shares of Net Soft Technologies Inc USA, as a joint venture. Lastly, the company has also taken up initiatives to provide Training, Development, and other IT services to multiple industries.
