Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

The US Stock Funding Rewards Program and Additional Rewards Program (together, “Programs”) are designed, organized and administered by INDmoney Global (IFSC) Private Limited (“INDG”), who utilizes INDmoney mobile application, and website, www.indmoney.com (“INDmoney Platform”). For clarity, these Programs are not designed, administered and/or organized by any entities including holding company or holding company’s subsidiary companies or any social media platform where the Programs may be promoted.

By participating in these Programs, you agree to be legally bound by and abide by these terms & conditions (“T&C”) read along-with INDmoney’s General Terms and Conditions, Global Access - Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies as made available on INDmoney Platform or in any other mode.

These Programs are valid from their respective launch dates till they last or are withdrawn by INDG.

  • Participation is open only to persons who (i) are citizens and residents of India, ≥18 years of age; (ii) hold a registered INDmoney Platform account; and (iii) are eligible to remit funds abroad under the RBI Liberalised Remittance Scheme (“LRS”). Residents of any State/UT where such promotional rewards are prohibited by law are excluded.

    • Section A: Reward Program

  • Funding Rewards Program is open to (a) first-time users (“New Users”) and (b) existing INDmoney users who hold a US Stocks account but have never funded it (“Qualified Users”).
    1. A participant must complete a single-tranche funding of ₹5,000 or more to the US Stocks account via the eligible mode (“Funding Criteria”). INDG may vary the Funding Criteria at its discretion.
    2. A Qualified User who satisfies the Funding Criteria will earn a one-time reward of minimum of USD 3 or such reward amount as eligible for users (“Funding Reward”). INDG may, at its discretion, offer differential rewards to different users.
    3. The Funding Reward becomes claimable only after the funding amount is successfully credited to the US Stocks account. The user must tap/swipe the in-app reward card to claim it.
  • In addition to the Funding Reward, users may be eligible for additional rewards (“Additional Rewards”) based on their first credit card bill payment on the INDmoney Platform and/or their first time funding of a US Stocks account on the INDmoney Platform, subject to these terms.
    1. The Additional Rewards Program is applicable only to users who have never previously paid any credit card bill on the INDmoney Platform. Eligibility for the credit-card bill reward is independent of whether the user has previously opened a US Stocks account; however, the quantum of reward may vary depending on the user's US Stocks account status and funding behaviour.
    2. Users who successfully complete the below actions may be eligible for Additional Rewards: (a) Payment of their first credit-card bill on the INDmoney Platform with a minimum bill value of ₹10,000; and (b) Where applicable, opening and funding a US Stocks account on the INDmoney Platform with a minimum of ₹5,000 in a single tranche.
    3. INDG may, at its discretion, modify the minimum amount requirements.
    4. Additional Reward amounts may differ based on user category, including but not limited to:

      5. (i) whether the user has previously opened a US Stocks account; (ii) whether the user has previously funded a US Stocks account; (iii) whether the user has entered the Platform through a US-stock referral program or any other referral/acquisition channel; and (iv) whether applicable funding thresholds have been met.

    5. Users acknowledge that different users may receive different reward values.
    6. Eligible users shall be entitled to: (a) a credit-card bill payment reward of at least USD 1 (or such other reward amount as per reward value shown to user by INDG); and (b) where applicable, an additional US Stocks funding reward of at least USD 3 (or such other reward amount as per reward value shown to user by INDG), provided the funding condition is satisfied.
    7. INDG may offer a higher reward to certain user cohorts, including users who have not entered through a US-stocks referral program or as part of time-bound promotional campaigns.
    8. Any reversal, chargeback, cancellation, payment failure, fraudulent behaviour, artificial account churn, or circumvention attempt shall result in automatic disqualification and forfeiture of rewards. INDG may rely on internal information and information from card networks, payment processors, and banking partners to determine eligibility.
    9. Reward amounts, eligibility criteria, user cohorting, funding thresholds and timelines under this Program are subject to INDG’s sole discretion and may be modified, withdrawn, cancelled, or extended at any time without prior notice.

      10. Section B. Reward Claim, Expiry & Limits

  • Reward eligibility and redemption are available only on the INDmoney mobile application. Rewards must be claimed through the reward card mechanism.
  • The Reward becomes claimable only after the funding amount is successfully credited and/or the credit card payment is fully settled.
  • Reward(s) must be claimed within thirty (30) days from the date the user becomes eligible. After thirty (30) days, the reward card shall expire and the user shall not be eligible to claim the Reward(s).
  • If the user has joined using a referral link, then all actions to earn Rewards under the Additional Rewards Program must be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of joining.
  • Upon deletion or closure of the INDmoney account, all accumulated, accrued, earned, or unclaimed Reward(s) shall be forfeited without any notice or compensation. Opening a new account after closing an existing account shall not restore eligibility.
  • Reward(s) are non-transferable, non-encashable and cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly permitted.
  • INDG may deduct or net-off applicable taxes including TDS from the Reward(s). Users bear all taxes and statutory levies.

    • Section C. General Conditions

  • Participation in the Programs is strictly subject to the applicable laws and regulatory framework including FEMA, RBI LRS regulations, IFSCA regulations, SEBI regulations, applicable US securities regulations, income tax laws and any other statutory requirements. Any change shall automatically apply.
  • Participation is open only to Indian resident individuals. Corporate entities, NRIs, OCIs, or foreign residents are not eligible. INDG may decline or reverse transactions if user is not eligible.
  • The cumulative remittances in a financial year, including those under these Programs, must remain within USD 250,000 LRS limit. INDG may block or reverse transactions breaching limits.
  • INDG does not provide investment advice. All investment and remittance decisions are solely that of the user. This Program is not investment advice or solicitation.
  • This Program facilitates investment only in listed US equities. Margin trades, derivatives, crypto, leveraged ETFs, short-selling, and contingent liability products are prohibited.
  • Funding and rewards are in USD. Users bear forex risk, conversion charges and settlement delays. INDG is not liable for such losses.
  • Any fraud, self-referral, multi-account creation, device manipulation or misuse leads to disqualification and legal action.
  • Rewards may be withheld, cancelled, reversed or adjusted if required to comply with applicable laws, AML/KYC, tax obligations, regulator instructions or investigations.
  • INDG is not liable for delays or failures due to technical issues, bank delays, US broker downtime, force majeure or regulatory restrictions. Maximum liability shall not exceed the reward value.
  • Reward-related grievances shall only be addressed through INDG’s grievance mechanism and shall not fall under exchange or regulatory investor grievance fora.
  • All global investing disclaimers on the INDmoney Platform apply mutatis mutandis.
  • Credit card bill payment services on the INDmoney Platform are provided by a separate group entity duly authorised and responsible for such services (“Bill Pay Entity”). INDG does not provide or operate credit card bill payment services, does not receive, handle, route or settle funds for such payments and is not a payment aggregator/BBPS/TPAP/PPI issuer.
  • All matters relating to execution, processing, settlement, reversals, refunds, dispute handling, chargebacks, reconciliation, or delays in credit card bill payments are solely between the user and the Bill Pay Entity / respective bank / card network / payment system participants. INDG shall not be liable for any such matters.
  • The Additional Reward merely recognises usage of the bill-payment functionality and does not imply INDG operates or guarantees such services.
  • Users agree all grievances relating to bill payments shall be addressed only with the Bill Pay Entity. Reward eligibility does not create any regulatory or operational responsibility for INDG.
  • INDG may suspend, deny, cancel, claw-back or forfeit Reward(s) in case of suspected non-compliance, fraud, chargeback, reversal, AML concern or regulatory query.

    • Section D: DISCLAIMERS

    INVESTMENT IN THE SECURITIES MARKET ARE SUBJECT TO MARKET RISK, READ ALL THE RELATED DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE INVESTING. US STOCKS ARE NOT EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS IN INDIA AND INDG ACTS IN THE CAPACITY OF FACILITATOR OF THIS PRODUCT. ALL DISPUTES WITH RESPECT TO THE TRANSACTION FACILITATION SERVICES, WOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO INDIAN /IFSC EXCHANGE INVESTOR REDRESSAL FORUM OR ARBITRATION MECHANISM IN INDIA. THE RETURNS DISPLAYED ON OUR PLATFORM; ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL IS JUST FOR REFERENCE PURPOSE AND SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS ANY KIND OF ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RETURNS.

    YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT INDG ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PERSONNEL, EMPLOYEES AND ITS GROUP COMPANIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON, AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF SERVICES / PRODUCT INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

    YOU HEREBY AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOWHERE TO BE CONSIDERED AS AN INVITATION OR SOLICITATION OR ADVERTISEMENT FOR SOLICITATION AND/OR FOR INVESTMENT AND/OR TO AVAIL ANY PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES FROM THE COMPANY AND/OR FROM INDMONEY PLATFORM.     COMPANY HAS TAKEN COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TOWARDS GUARDING AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ANY INFORMATION TRANSMITTED BY THE USER, HOWEVER, COMPANY NOR ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY / THROUGH IT WILL NOT RESULT IN THEFT AND/OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF DATA OVER THE INTERNET.

    COMPANY MAY USE THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS TO FACILITATE USERS IN RECEIVING SUCH REWARDS, SUCH FACILITATION IS OFFERED ON “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE BASIS”. COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT SUCH SERVICES WOULD BE FREE OF VIRUSES, OR ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR FIT FOR YOUR INTENDED PURPOSE. ANY FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION / ATTEMPT WILL ATTRACT ACTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW(S).

    COMPANY IS NOT A US STOCK BROKER NOR DOES IT OPEN(S) OR MAINTAIN(S) ANY BROKERAGE ACCOUNT(S). COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE BROKERAGE SERVICES OR ANY INVESTMENT ADVICE TO ITS USERS / CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT TO REMITTANCES AND MERELY ACTS AS A FACILITATOR FOR OPENING OF US STOCKS ACCOUNT. THE USER / INVESTOR AGREES THAT ALL THE DECISIONS PERTAINING TO THE REMITTANCES ARE THEIR OWN INFORMED DECISION.INDG WILL NOT INCUR ANY PERSONAL FINANCIAL LIABILITY AND INDG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF INVESTMENTS FROM THESE PRODUCTS.

    USER/S HEREBY EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, CONFIRM AND AGREE THAT INDG AND ITS GROUP COMPANIES DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS, PROJECTIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY INVESTMENT OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS WITH RESPECT TO FUTURE PRICES OR ANY RETURN ON INVESTMENT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED IN ANY OF OUR LITERATURE, REPORTS, E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE, WEBSITE, PLATFORM AND/OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION FROM US.

    PLEASE READ ALPACA CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, DRIVEWEALTH CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, US STOCK FAQS PRIOR TO AVAILING / INVESTING IN US STOCKS. COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY NOR SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, PROCEEDINGS, PENALTIES, SUITS, ACTIONS ARISING OUT OR IN RELATION TO UNAVAILABILITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY COMPANY, FAILURE TO ACCESS USER ACCOUNT DUE TO NON-AVAILABILITY OF COMPANY’S SERVICES OR POSSIBLE DOWNTIME OF THE PLATFORM, ANY ACT OF OMISSION OR COMMISSION BY US STOCK BROKER, DEFICIENCY OF SERVICES FOR AND ON BEHALF OF US STOCK BROKER.
