Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

The US Stock Funding Rewards Program and Additional Rewards Program (together, “Programs”) are designed, organized and administered by INDmoney Global (IFSC) Private Limited (“INDG”), who utilizes INDmoney mobile application, and website, www.indmoney.com (“INDmoney Platform”). For clarity, these Programs are not designed, administered and/or organized by any entities including holding company or holding company’s subsidiary companies or any social media platform where the Programs may be promoted.

By participating in these Programs, you agree to be legally bound by and abide by these terms & conditions (“T&C”) (as amended from time to time) read along-with INDmoney’s General Terms and Conditions, Global Access - Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies as made available on INDmoney Platform or in any other mode.

These Programs are valid from their respective launch dates till they last or are withdrawn, at the sole discretion of INDG, without prior notice.

  • Participation is open only to persons who (i) are citizens and residents of India, ≥18 years of age; (ii) hold a registered INDmoney Platform account; and (iii) are eligible to remit funds abroad under the RBI Liberalised Remittance Scheme (“LRS”). Residents of any State/UT where such promotional rewards are prohibited by law are excluded.

    • Section A: Reward Program

  • Funding Rewards Program is open to (a) first-time users (“New Users”) and (b) existing INDmoney users who hold a US Stocks account but have never funded it (“Qualified Users”).
    1. A participant must complete a single-tranche funding of ₹5,000 or more to the US Stocks account via the eligible mode (“Funding Criteria”). For the purposes of clarity, split, reversed, or partially settled transactions shall not qualify for rewards. INDG may vary the Funding Criteria at its discretion from time to time.
    2. A Qualified User who satisfies the Funding Criteria will earn a one-time reward of minimum of USD 3 (“Funding Reward”). The quantum of the Funding Reward may vary basis criteria and at discretion of INDG.
    3. The Funding Reward becomes claimable only after the funding amount is successfully credited to the US Stocks account and verified by INDG’s systems. The user must tap/swipe the in-app reward card to claim it within the prescribed timeline.
  • In addition to the Funding Reward, certain users may be eligible to participate in one or more additional reward programs and earn additional rewards (“Additional Rewards”). Additional Rewards (if any) may be offered by INDG from time to time through INDmoney Platform and may include, without limitation, cashback, vouchers, fee waivers, promotional credits, or other promotional benefits, as determined by INDG in its sole discretion. These Additional Rewards are subject to specific reward program(s) offered by the Company from time to time.
  • Eligibility for Additional Rewards is selective, conditional and may not be available to all users or under all campaigns. INDG reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria, to include or exclude any user, and to modify eligibility at any time, including after a user has initiated an action, where such user is later found to be ineligible or non-compliant.
  • The specific Additional Reward(s), applicable conditions, timelines, actionables, caps/limits, and the reward claim mechanism (including whether a reward card will be displayed and the steps required to claim) shall be communicated to eligible users on the INDmoney Platform and/or through such other communications as INDG may determine. The details displayed on the INDmoney Platform shall be final and binding.
  • To earn Additional Rewards, an eligible user may be required to complete certain campaign-specific actions (“Actionables”) within the specified time period. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform, Actionables must be completed strictly in the sequence, manner, within the timeframes, and through the eligible channels/modes specified. Partial completion, late completion, completion through ineligible modes, reversals, failed settlements, or transactions flagged for review shall not qualify. It is hereby clarified that (a) eligibility, reward value, reward type, claim method, vesting/holding requirements (if any), nature, timing of Additional Rewards may differ across users and campaigns; and (b) Additional Rewards shall be deemed earned only upon successful completion and verification of all applicable Actionables, satisfaction of all eligibility conditions, and successful processing/crediting/issuance (as applicable)
  • Additional Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, campaigns, or benefits unless expressly stated on the INDmoney Platform. INDG may, in its sole discretion, substitute an Additional Reward with another reward of similar notional value where required due to availability, regulatory reasons, or operational constraints.
  • Additional Rewards (and/or eligibility) may be withheld, delayed, suspended, cancelled, reversed, adjusted, or clawed back where: (i) a transaction is reversed, cancelled, charged back, fails, is refunded, or does not settle; (ii) INDG reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, gaming, self-referral, multi-accounting, device manipulation, artificial churn, or circumvention; (iii) the user fails or is unable to complete KYC/AML checks; (iv) the user breaches the INDmoney Platform terms, these T&C, or applicable law; (v) the user’s account is restricted, suspended, or closed; or (vi) INDG is required to do so for compliance with law, tax requirements, regulator directions, investigations, or requests from banking/partner institutions. INDG’s determination in this regard shall be final, and INDG shall not be required to provide the basis of its fraud/risk determinations beyond what is required under applicable law.

    • The Funding Reward and Additional Rewards are collectively referred to as ‘Rewards’.

    Section B. Reward Claim, Expiry & Limits

  • Reward eligibility and redemption are available only on the INDmoney mobile application. Rewards must be claimed through the reward card mechanism only. No offline or manual claims shall be entertained.
  • The Funding Reward becomes claimable only after the funding amount is successfully credited and in case of Additional Reward, upon completion of all necessary actionables (as shown on the mobile application) to the satisfaction of INDG.
  • Reward(s) must be claimed within thirty (30) days from the date the user becomes eligible. After thirty (30) days, the reward card shall expire and the user shall not be eligible to claim the Reward(s).
  • If the user has joined using a referral link, then all actions to earn Rewards under the Additional Rewards Program must be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of joining unless otherwise specified on the Platform.
  • Upon deletion or closure of the INDmoney account, all accumulated, accrued, earned, or unclaimed Reward(s) shall be forfeited without any notice or compensation. Opening a new account after closing an existing account shall not restore eligibility or entitle the user to re-participate.
  • Reward(s) are non-transferable, non-encashable (except where expressly permitted) and cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly permitted.
  • INDG may deduct or net-off applicable taxes including TDS from the Reward(s). Users shall be solely responsible for all present or future taxes, levies, or statutory dues.

    • Section C. General Conditions

  • Participation in the Programs is strictly subject to the applicable laws and regulatory framework including FEMA, RBI LRS regulations, IFSCA regulations, SEBI regulations, applicable US securities regulations, income tax laws and any other statutory requirements. Any regulatory change shall automatically apply to the Programs without further notice.
  • Participation is open only to Indian resident individuals. Corporate entities, NRIs, OCIs, or foreign residents are not eligible. INDG reserves the right to decline, reverse, or block transactions where eligibility cannot be established or is subsequently found to be incorrect.
  • The cumulative remittances in a financial year, including those under these Programs, must remain within USD 250,000 LRS limit. INDG may block, reverse, or report transactions breaching limits to regulators where required.
  • INDG does not provide investment advice. All investment and remittance decisions are solely that of the user. This Program is not investment advice or solicitation.
  • This Program facilitates investment only in listed US equities. Margin trades, derivatives, crypto, leveraged ETFs, short-selling, and contingent liability products are prohibited.
  • Funding and rewards are in USD. Users bear forex risk, conversion charges and settlement delays. INDG is not liable for such losses.
  • Any fraud, self-referral, multi-account creation, device manipulation or misuse or suspected misuse shall result in immediate disqualification and may attract legal action.
  • Rewards may be withheld, cancelled, reversed or adjusted if required to comply with applicable laws, AML/KYC, tax obligations, regulator instructions or investigations.
  • INDG is not liable for delays or failures due to technical issues, bank delays, US broker downtime, force majeure or regulatory restrictions. Maximum liability shall not exceed the reward value.
  • Reward-related grievances shall only be addressed through INDG’s grievance mechanism and shall not fall under exchange or regulatory investor grievance fora.
  • All global investing disclaimers on the INDmoney Platform apply mutatis mutandis.
  • INDG may suspend, deny, cancel, claw-back or forfeit Reward(s) in case of suspected non-compliance, fraud, chargeback, reversal, AML concern or regulatory query.

    • Section D: DISCLAIMERS

    INVESTMENT IN THE SECURITIES MARKET ARE SUBJECT TO MARKET RISKS, READ ALL THE RELATED DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE INVESTING. US STOCKS ARE NOT EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS IN INDIA AND INDG ACTS IN THE CAPACITY OF FACILITATOR OF THIS PRODUCT. ALL DISPUTES WITH RESPECT TO THE TRANSACTION FACILITATION SERVICES, WOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO INDIAN /IFSC EXCHANGE INVESTOR REDRESSAL FORUM OR ARBITRATION MECHANISM IN INDIA. THE RETURNS DISPLAYED ON OUR PLATFORM; ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL IS JUST FOR REFERENCE PURPOSE AND SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS ANY KIND OF ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RETURNS.

    YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT INDG ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PERSONNEL, EMPLOYEES AND ITS GROUP COMPANIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON, FOR AND AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF SERVICES / PRODUCT INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

    COMPANY HAS TAKEN COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TOWARDS GUARDING AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ANY INFORMATION TRANSMITTED BY THE USER, HOWEVER, COMPANY NOR ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY / THROUGH IT WILL NOT RESULT IN THEFT AND/OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF DATA OVER THE INTERNET.

    COMPANY MAY USE THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS TO FACILITATE USERS IN RECEIVING SUCH REWARDS, SUCH FACILITATION IS OFFERED ON “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE BASIS”. COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT SUCH SERVICES WOULD BE FREE OF VIRUSES, OR ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR FIT FOR YOUR INTENDED PURPOSE. ANY FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION / ATTEMPT WILL ATTRACT ACTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW(S).

    COMPANY IS NOT A US STOCK BROKER NOR DOES IT OPEN(S) OR MAINTAIN(S) ANY BROKERAGE ACCOUNT(S). COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE BROKERAGE SERVICES OR ANY INVESTMENT ADVICE TO ITS USERS / CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT TO REMITTANCES AND MERELY ACTS AS A FACILITATOR FOR OPENING OF US STOCKS ACCOUNT. THE USER / INVESTOR AGREES THAT ALL THE DECISIONS PERTAINING TO THE REMITTANCES ARE THEIR OWN INFORMED DECISION.INDG WILL NOT INCUR ANY PERSONAL FINANCIAL LIABILITY AND INDG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF INVESTMENTS FROM THESE PRODUCTS.

    USER/S HEREBY EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, CONFIRM AND AGREE THAT INDG AND ITS GROUP COMPANIES DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS, PROJECTIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY INVESTMENT OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS WITH RESPECT TO FUTURE PRICES OR ANY RETURN ON INVESTMENT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED IN ANY OF OUR LITERATURE, REPORTS, E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE, WEBSITE, PLATFORM AND/OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION FROM US.

    PLEASE READ ALPACA CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, DRIVEWEALTH CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, US STOCK FAQS PRIOR TO AVAILING / INVESTING IN US STOCKS. COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY NOR SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, PROCEEDINGS, PENALTIES, SUITS, ACTIONS ARISING OUT OR IN RELATION TO UNAVAILABILITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY COMPANY, FAILURE TO ACCESS USER ACCOUNT DUE TO NON-AVAILABILITY OF COMPANY’S SERVICES OR POSSIBLE DOWNTIME OF THE PLATFORM, ANY ACT OF OMISSION OR COMMISSION BY US STOCK BROKER, DEFICIENCY OF SERVICES FOR AND ON BEHALF OF US STOCK BROKER.
