Effective date - October 30, 2025
- Purpose
This policy outlines the framework followed by INDmoney Global (IFSC) Private Limited (“INDglobal”) for offering global financial products through its platform.
Our objective is to ensure that only products permissible under the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) regulations are made available to investors in a fair, transparent, and compliant manner.
- Regulatory Basis
Under Clause 20 of the IFSCA Circular dated August 12, 2025 on Regulatory Framework for Global Access in the IFSC, a Global Access Provider shall provide access only to financial products that are covered under the definition of ‘financial products’ applicable in the IFSC.
Guidance Note: Global Access Providers shall not provide access to crypto-assets or instruments having underlying assets as crypto or any other instruments that are not considered ‘financial products’ in the IFSC.
- Restricted Products
The following categories are not offered through INDglobal:
- Crypto-asset-based ETFs (e.g., Bitcoin or Ethereum ETFs).
- Instruments whose underlying exposure is to crypto-assets
- Monitoring and Review
All financial products undergo automated and compliance reviews before being made available to investors. There is continuous monitoring to ensure ongoing eligibility under IFSCA and FEMA regulations.
Any ETFs/US Stocks found non-compliant will be restricted, and investors will be notified accordingly.
- Commitment to Transparency
INDglobal maintains a transparent framework for product eligibility.
Our compliance dashboard records every inclusion or exclusion with an audit trail to ensure accountability and regulatory oversight.
