The company is highly dependent on certain key customers for a substantial portion of its revenues. Loss ofrelationship with any of these customers may has a material adverse effect on the company profitability and results ofoperations.
The Company is dependent on a few suppliers for purchases of raw materials. The loss of any of these suppliersmay affect its business operations.
The company requires certain approvals and licenses in the ordinary course of business and the failures to successfullyobtain/renew such registrations would adversely affect its operations, results of operations and financialcondition.
The company has experienced negative cash flows in relation to its investing activities and financing activities for theFiscal Year 2025, 2024 and 2023 and the Stub period. Any negative cash flows in the future would adverselyaffect the company results of operations and financial condition.
The Company generates majority of its revenue from manufacturing i.e. by way of injection moulding. If the companycustomers does not continue to outsource manufacturing, or if there is a downward trend in OEM business,its sales could be adversely affected.
Any increase in the cost of the company raw material or a shortfall in the supply of its raw materials including volatilityin the pricing and availability of polymer-based raw materials, may adversely affect the pricing and supply ofthe company products and has an adverse effect on its business, results of operations and financial condition.
The company business requires significant working capital, and any inability to secure adequate funding or delays incollections could adversely affect its operations, profitability and financial condition.
The company significant revenue is generated from operations in the state of Maharashtra. Any disruption in theseoperations, whether dues to regulatory changes, economic conditions, or unforeseen events in the said state, couldsignificantly impact its financial performance and future prospects.
