NSE IPO allotment is scheduled for 22 September 2026, after the issue received 5.67x overall subscription, led by QIB demand of 12.68x. The IPO closed on 21 September, so investors can expect allotment status to become available after the basis of allotment is finalised. This guide explains when and where to check it.

Important Dates

  • Allotment Date: 22 September 2026
  • Refund Initiation: 23 September 2026
  • Demat Credit: 23 September 2026
  • Listing Date: 24 September 2026

How to Check NSE IPO Allotment Status?

Method 1: Check on BSE

  • Visit the BSE IPO allotment status page: https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx
  • Select NSE from the list of issues.
  • Enter your application number, PAN, or other required details.
  • Complete the verification shown on the page.
  • Submit the details to see whether shares have been allotted.

Method 2: Check on NSE

Method 3: Check on MUFG Intime (Registrar)

For a detailed explanation of the allotment process, including BSE, NSE, and registrar methods, see How to Check IPO Allotment Status.

NSE IPO Subscription Details

QIB (Qualified Institutional Buyers)12.683x
NII (Non-Institutional Investors)6.538x
RII (Retail Individual Investors)1.315x
Total5.67x

  • Institutional demand was the strongest: QIBs subscribed 12.683x, meaning bids from this category were more than 12 times the shares available to them.
  • Retail participation was much lower: RII subscription stood at 1.315x, so retail demand exceeded the shares reserved for the category but by a much smaller margin.
  • The overall 5.67x subscription shows that demand exceeded the shares available in the IPO. However, subscription numbers alone do not indicate how the stock will perform after listing.

You can track the latest category-wise demand through IPO Subscription Status.

What’s Next After Allotment?

If shares are allotted, your allotment status will show the number of NSE shares assigned to your application. Shares are scheduled to be credited to the linked demat account on 23 September 2026, followed by the expected listing on 24 September 2026.

Because the IPO was subscribed 5.67x overall, not every valid application can receive the full number of shares requested. In categories where demand exceeds the available shares, the final allotment depends on the applicable basis of allotment. A retail investor may therefore receive fewer shares than applied for, or none.

If shares are not allotted, the amount blocked for the IPO should be released through the applicable refund or UPI unblock process, with refund initiation scheduled for 23 September 2026. Oversubscription does not prevent investors from buying the shares later, because the stock is expected to become available for trading after listing.

Final Word

The key point for allotment applicants is simple: check the result on 22 September, expect demat credit or UPI unblocking on 23 September, and track the listing on 24 September 2026.

If you do not receive an allotment, the next practical step is to verify that your blocked funds have been released and then assess the listed shares separately rather than treating IPO allotment as the only way to invest.
