The company operates through three segments: Commercial Construction, Residential Construction, and Real Estate Development. The Commercial Construction segment undertakes commercial construction projects in various commercial sectors, such as office buildings, retail centers, hospitality establishments, and industrial facilities. This segment also builds ground-up commercial buildings, including site evaluation, aiding in architectural design and engineering, and construction of the building; and franchise business buildouts comprising restaurants, retail stores, fitness centers, and service-oriented businesses. The Residential Construction segment is involved in residential construction and development projects consisting of home remodels, luxury single-family homes, and equestrian facilities. The Real Estate Development segment engages in the acquisition, development, and sale of real estate properties. JFB Construction Holdings was incorporated in 2014 and is based in Lantana, Florida.
