About ProShares Trust

The fund intends to operate as a "government money market fund" pursuant to Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and as a permissible reserve investment for payment stablecoin issuers under the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act of 2025.
