EagleRock Land, LLC is a land management company that owns or controls approximately 236,000 acres in the Delaware and Midland sub-basins within the prolific Permian Basin. In addition, it has an interest in up to over 70,000 acres pursuant to an acreage related to its Midland Basin water infrastructure assets. Its acreage is focused on the development of oil and natural gas resources in the Permian Basin and is located to support the growing surface, resource, infrastructure and related commercial development needs of the power and other emerging industries in the Permian Basin. Its assets are situated in the active oil and natural gas development and production areas in Texas and New Mexico. Its diversified portfolio is balanced across the Permian Basin's two prolific sub-basins, the Delaware Basin in New Mexico and the Midland Basin in Texas. The Permian Basin is considered as the region for oil and gas development.
