The Company primarily provides quality international education to global students and equips them with the critical academic foundation and skillsets necessary to succeed in the pursuit of higher education. The Company operates through three segments: Overseas Schools, Complementary Education Services and K-12 Operation Services. The Company has an overseas school network of eight schools, including seven schools in the United Kingdom and one in the United States.
