Shree Shubhlabh Infoline.Com SSICL, founded in 1986, was originally incorporated as Guardian Travels, and has since changed its name twice. Promoted by Mr Baldev Singh and Mr Mohit Sharma, the company went public with 999,800 equity shares worth Rs 1 crore in 1990, and four million equity shares worth Rs 40 in 1995. It is currently engaged in the business of software development, training, ecommerce services, and software-related consultancy services and has developed a nationwide customer base. The company has plans to partner with small and medium-sized IT companies, and is also aiming to provide solutions and integrate systems for transacting business across the internet, as well as export software. In December 2002, it changed its name to T. Spiritual World Ltd.
