Subsequently Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 18 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal.The Company is engaged in the business of digital consulting and IT engineering offering endtoend software development solutions to enterprises and startups worldwide.
