Subsequently Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 18 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal.The Company is engaged in the business of digital consulting and IT engineering offering endtoend software development solutions to enterprises and startups worldwide. It provides services in technological advancement including Digital Engineering Data Analytics Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning AI/ML Cloud Engineering UI/UX Design and advanced technologies such as Blockchain and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality AR/VR. The Company has more than 500 IT professionals and consultants to serve more than 250 clients worldwide delivering services from various locations across India.Mukul Gupta the Chief Executive Officer is the Founder and Promoter of the Company having experience in the IT industry. Prior to founding the Company Mr. Mukul Gupta have several years of experience of leading global operations for major IT projects.
