About Northern Spirits Ltd

Northern Spirits Limited, originally incorporated in Kolkata on September 13 2012, was converted into a Public Limited Company in 2018 and shifted business operations to New Delhi NCR. With over 35 years of experience in the alcohol business, the Promoters of Northern Spirits have a strong start in Punjab since 1975 and then in Maharashtra from 1991. The company has seen great success and growth of 40% YOY for the past 4 years. They primarily focus on the import and distribution of international alcohol brands like William Grants Glenfiddich, Grants, Monkey Shoulder, Balvenie Single Malt, Hendricks, Bacardi, Grey Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire, Dewars, Martini, Vermouth, Shepherd Neame Beer, Amigos Beer, Carlo Rossi, California Wines, Tomich, Coopers, West Cork Irish Whiskey, Two Tree Gin, Reddot Wheat Beer, Aqua Riva, and Organika Vodka. These brands are distributed mainly in Northern India, Delhi, North East and West Bengal. To better integrate the business and ensure corporate compliance, United Wines (proprietor Mr. Anuj Bakshi) was merged with Northern Spirits Limited in April 2018.
