The company requires high working capital for its smooth day to day operations of business and anydiscontinuance or the companys inability to acquire adequate working capital timely and on favourable termsmay have an adverse effect on its operations, profitability and growth prospects.
The company derives a significant portion of its revenue from operations from domestic sales which exposes the companyto risks specific to Indian market and geographies.
