InvestBoost Offer – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Offer T&Cs”) govern the InvestBoost Offer (“Offer”) offered by INDstocks Private Limited (formerly known as INDmoney Private Limited), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 616, 6th Floor, Suncity Success Tower, Golf Course Extension Road, Sector - 65, Gurugram, Haryana – 122005, India (“Company”, “Stock Broker”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”), which offers its services and products through its website and mobile application (“INDmoney Platform”).

By availing this Offer, you (“Client”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by these Offer T&Cs, in addition to the INDstocks Margin Trading Facility Terms and Conditions (“MTF T&Cs”), available here . In the event of any inconsistency between these Offer T&Cs and the MTF T&Cs, the MTF T&Cs shall prevail.

  1. This Offer is available to the Company's clients who hold an active trading and demat account and are eligible for MTF under applicable regulations.
  2. Client shall receive 10,000 in InvestBoost funding at 0% interest
  3. The Offer is valid for a maximum period of six (6) months from the date the Client grants consent to activate InvestBoost. Upon the expiry of the aforementioned period, regular interest charges, as applicable, shall be levied on the outstanding amount.
  4. The Offer is valid from 21-07-2025, and shall remain in force until withdrawn or modified by the Company.
